Online Workout Videos are Here!

Below you will see a list of online workout categories.

To see what videos are available, click on the category. You will be redirected to the DAnamic U, LLC Vimeo account. Vimeo is a secure hosting site for our online workout videos. Vimeo will list the videos in the category you selected. The videos are available for a 24-hour rental. There will also be an option to review a “trailer”. If you choose to do that, make sure you click on the actual video you want to rent. Scroll down the page to the bottom and you'll see the videos on the left that you can rent.

Below the trailer video, and next to “DAnamic U, LLC Online Workouts” there will be a link to learn more about how to watch the video.

The first time you will be prompted to either use your FaceBook/ Google logon, or you can create your Vimeo account with your email address. Follow the instructions then you’ll have your selected video for 24 hours. Once you’ve done this, Vimeo will remember your information for the next time you rent a video! All credit cards are accepted. You will have an option to change your payment option each time you rent a video.

All of our online videos are approximately 30 minutes long.
