FitCamps

A FitCamp is comprised of 24 Personal Training workouts - each one different from the others for a group of 10-15 people, in a class format, minimally 2 times per week. It is for ages 20+ and all fitness levels, including those who have never worked out before. Participants work at their own pace and stay within safe levels of their own capabilities (observed and guided individually by our certified trainer).  Each 45-60 minute session combines weighted exercises with cardiovascular exercise interval variations.

FitCamps also include:

  • Nutritional guidelines and fat loss education

  • Weekly weigh-ins, body fat testing and accountability

  • Monthly body measurements

  • Group support, motivation and encouragement

  • On-call telephone or text counseling

  • Advice on lifestyle modifications
